If there are any problems with your transaction, such as a buyer wanting to return an item, choosing a shipping carrier, damage during shipping, or any other issues that may occur with your transaction, work with the Payment Provider (Escrow.com or PayPal) and the Buyer to resolve the situation.
Any transaction reports, tax information, refunds processing, etc. can be found in your Payment Provider account.
